Academic Excellence Test on 30th Jan 2010
The Academic Excellence Test will be conducted on 30th Jan 2010 for the Top Ranking students.
It consist of written test followed by Interview.
Get-Together of 2007 Batch
A Get-together of 2007 batch students was organized by the energetic students of that batch. Almost all the students of that batch attended.
Started with Interaction and Cake Cutting , a Documentary on "Rag pickers" of Kitchipalyam KuppaiMedu was displayed.
Also a T-Shirt was sold for charity purpose. Food was served for all.
Science Express from 13th to 15th Jan 2010
The Science Express is halted at Salem Town Railway Station.
Science Express is a unique, state-of-the-art science exhibition on a train, traveling around India.
It will stay from 13th Jan to 15th Jan 2010.
Visiting Time : 10.00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
It is primarily for the students of 9th and above.
Pongal Celebrations on 13th Jan 2010
The Pongal celebrations will be held on 13th Jan 2010.
Starting with “Kolam” and “pot painting” competitions. followed by cultural events including “naatuppura nadanam” along with a mock “jalli kattu”. Also Thirukkural recitation and Elocution in Tamil will be conducted. Concurrently “Pongal” and “Pot Breaking” will be held.
The students and staff will wear “Vesti” during the events. Pongal will be distributed.
Parents Meeting on 9th and 11th Jan 2010
The Parents Teachers' Meetings will be held on 9th and 11th of Jan 2010 to distribute the progress reports of 2nd Term.
9th Jan - 10th and 12th Std. students' Parents.
11th Jan - 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 11th Std students' Parents.
Visitors from USA
On 4th Jan 2010, we received a group of students from Notre Dame University, South bend, Indiana.
Also a Group of Rotarian from USA visited and interacted with students.
